Hi, I’m Valerie, former ballerina and certified personal trainer. I’m 49, I box and I do weight training- I also have arthritis. I developed an interest in training others after many years of dealing with chronic pain and finding ways to stay fit and mobile in spite of it all. No excuses, people. You can be in the best shape of your life at any age! Whether you are new to exercise or coming back to it, I will tailor a program that is realistic, effective and gets the results YOU want.

I use low cost public gyms in the East York and North York areas to train my clients. Depending on your fitness goals and location, I could also train you in your home.
