My background includes working with high-level athletes at McMaster University, where I fine-tuned my skills in training performance-driven individuals. In addition to my strength and conditioning expertise, I have an extensive understanding of nutrition and supplements, allowing me to offer a holistic approach to wellness. Having torn both of my ACLs, I have a deep understanding of knee rehab and strengthening, as well as back pain management and core strengthening.
