Hey everyone, it’s Ali from FitFinder, and today I want to share my experiences on working with a Personal Trainer and try my best to explain to you why you also should consider training with a Personal Trainer.
First things first, I would love to say I am an experienced trainee, it’s been over 14 years since I entered that gym door. Worked with different trainers, tried different workout routines and thankfully I am still able to lift weights without any chronic pain or serious injust and I owe this to the personal trainers that I trained with.
Here is how; Your knowledge and experience will stay with you. Training with a trainer, understanding basics, what is form, improving your tempo all these learnings will stay with you forever and it will help your body and mind to compose a better you.
Qualified Personal Trainers are educated professionals, they educate them to provide safe and effective training based on your goals and your body. It is important to know that we have goals but not necessarily that we are training or working towards our goals, we might need someone to help us find the right direction, Personal trainers are the ones who will help you achieve your goals.
